How to delete your account
Delete directly in the app
You can permanently delete your account from within the Rubelis mobile app. Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and follow the on-screen steps. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Submit a deletion request by email
If you are unable to access the app, you may submit an account deletion request by email. Send your request to the address below. Before your request is processed, we may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account.

What will be deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems, to the extent applicable:
- Your Rubelis account and profile
- Personal dive records
- Dive profile data
- Beyond Reflections
- Personal notes
- AI conversation history
- Insights data
- Device connection credentials
- Active Group Dive participation data
- Subscription mirror and account association data
- Other ordinary account-linked app data
What may be retained
A limited amount of information may be retained after deletion only where required for the following purposes:
- Legal obligations
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Accounting
- Ensuring the integrity of the deletion process
- Evidence of past professional approval
- Minimal technical account-deletion audit metadata may be retained for up to 30 days to ensure deletion completes reliably.
- Evidence of a past professional dive approval may be retained where necessary to preserve the integrity of an approval already granted.
- Legally required accounting or subscription records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
- Any retained information is minimised and is not used to reconstruct the deleted account.
Subscriptions
Important: app store subscriptions
Deleting your Rubelis account does not automatically cancel an active subscription on Google Play or the Apple App Store. You must manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Google Play or Apple App Store account. Account deletion remains available even if an active subscription exists.
