Please never send passwords, verification codes, payment card details, or other sensitive credentials by email.
Account & Sign-In Support
If you are having trouble signing in, verifying your email address, using Google or Apple Sign-In, or accessing your Rubelis account, contact us using the support email above.
Subscriptions & Billing
Rubelis Diver subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscription options may include:
- Monthly subscription
- Annual subscription
- 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
Subscription cancellation, renewal settings, payment methods, and refunds are managed through the store where the subscription was purchased.
Dive Log, AI & Insights
If you experience an issue with:
- creating, editing, or deleting a dive
- syncing dive information
- Rubelis AI
- Insights
- Group Dives
- Professional Portal
- professional ID or QR features
please contact support with a brief description of what happened.

- Uygun yeni aboneler için 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme
- İptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenileme
Abonelik iptali, yenileme ayarları, ödeme yöntemleri ve iade süreçleri satın alma işleminin gerçekleştirildiği mağaza üzerinden yönetilir.
