These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a contract between Rubelis OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17579501, registered address Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 34149 Tallinn, Estonia) ("Rubelis", "we", "us"), and the individual purchasing or using the Services described below ("you"). By creating an account or making a purchase on the English-language version of rubelis.com, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply only to the English-language version of rubelis.com. The Turkish-language version is operated by a separate entity under separate terms.

Rubelis provides digital, reading-based educational programmes: Rubelis Beginners, which may be used by people without a scuba certification; Beyond Junior for children aged 8-14 with a parent or legal guardian as the Account Holder; Rubelis Beyond for certified scuba divers; and Rubelis Beyond Instructor for diving professionals. These programmes are educational and awareness-focused. They are not a diving certification, do not grant any new diving qualification, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by PADI, SSI, CMAS, or any other diving certification agency.

For Beyond Junior, the Account Holder is the parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms and makes the payment. The Participant is the child aged 8-14 who uses the programme. The adult parent or legal guardian is the contracting party for Beyond Junior.

By registering a child for Beyond Junior, the parent or legal guardian confirms consent to the child's participation and accepts responsibility for the child's use of the programme.

To purchase and access a Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include taxes where applicable unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Each purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the purchased programme; no instalment or subscription is offered unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Under EU consumer protection law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

However, our Services are supplied as digital content not provided on a tangible medium, delivered immediately upon successful payment. By completing your purchase, you:

(a) expressly request that we begin performance (deliver access to the programme) immediately, and

(b) acknowledge that, by consenting to immediate delivery, you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

This consent is collected as a separate, explicit checkbox at checkout, in addition to your acceptance of these Terms.

If a technical fault prevents you from accessing the programme you purchased, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Access to your purchased programme is granted automatically and immediately after successful payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with details of how to access your account.

Under the agreement dated 19 August 2026, reference RUBOU26011, the intellectual property rights in Rubelis Beyond's educational content, methodology, and brand assets were assigned from Taylan Kırali to Rubelis OÜ.

Protected materials include, where applicable: course texts, training modules, chapters, original explanations, original instructional narratives, assessments, examination questions, quizzes, original tables, original diagrams, original graphics and illustrations created by Rubelis, case studies, original stories, training transcripts, student and instructor materials, downloadable original materials, and original web content created by Rubelis.

Rubelis OÜ makes no claim over third-party software used in the platform, licensed stock photographs, third-party fonts or visuals, or third-party certification standards (such as PADI, SSI, CMAS, or CPD Certification Service). These materials are distinct from those owned by or used under licence by Rubelis OÜ.

Enrolling in a Rubelis programme, making a payment, or obtaining membership or access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property right of Rubelis to you. You are granted only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the relevant educational materials for personal learning purposes. This licence may be terminated in the event of a material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Unless Rubelis OÜ has given prior written consent, or applicable mandatory law expressly permits it, the following are prohibited: copying substantial portions of course content; systematic extraction of content; republishing course texts; uploading course materials to other websites; distributing, selling, or commercially re-using materials; publishing unauthorised translations; converting materials into competing commercial training programmes; systematically recreating content through screenshots; distributing materials in formats such as PDF or e-book without authorisation; sharing account or course access with third parties; scraping; collecting content via bots or automated tools; systematic data extraction; and using content without authorisation to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

The Services are educational and awareness-focused and are not a substitute for certified diving training, medical advice, or professional dive supervision. You remain responsible for diving within your certification level and personal limits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rubelis OÜ's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant programme. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
