These Terms of Use govern the legal relationship between Rubelis ("Platform") and the person ("User") who registers for the Rubelis Beyond training programme or uses the platform.

By accessing the platform or making a purchase, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Rubelis Beyond is a training platform offering digital content in the field of diving education and underwater awareness. The platform includes features such as video lessons, text content, personal note tools, and a certificate system.

After the purchase is completed, a personal access code is sent to the user. This code is single-use and can only be linked to one account.

A valid account must be created and the email address verified to access the platform. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

The access code cannot be shared with, transferred to, or sold to another person. Access may be suspended in the event of a breach of these terms.

All payments are processed through the secure payment infrastructure of an authorised payment institution. Rubelis never sees, processes, or stores your card details.

A refund request may be made within 14 days of the access code being sent to the user, provided that the content has not been accessed. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].

No refund is made if the content has been accessed or the access code has been used.

All content on the platform (including text, images, audio, video, design, and software) belongs to Rubelis and is protected by copyright law.

Users may use content only for personal educational purposes; they may not copy, distribute, publish, or use it for commercial purposes.

Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, to refrain from behaviour that negatively affects the experience of other users, and not to make any attempts that threaten platform security.

Rubelis does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error. Rubelis cannot be held liable for access interruptions arising from technical failures, maintenance work, or force majeure.

Platform content is for informational purposes; it does not replace professional diving training. It is always recommended to act under the supervision of a qualified instructor during underwater activities.
