Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Terms

Rubelis offers four entirely digital education programmes on its English-language platform: Beyond Beginners, Beyond Junior, Beyond Diver, and Beyond Instructor. The following terms apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and distance selling regulations.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

A consumer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must send a written notification to [email protected] before access to the purchased programme is activated.

Important Exception

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.

Programme access begins only after the consumer has expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost once digital access begins.

Refund requests for valid withdrawal cases must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Valid refund requests are processed within 14 calendar days where required by applicable law of receiving the notification, via the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on bank processing times.
