Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Terms

General Information

Rubelis Beyond is an entirely digital programme. The following terms apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and distance selling regulations.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

A consumer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must send a written notification to [email protected] before programme access is activated.

Important Exception

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.

When payment is completed and programme access is activated, the consumer is deemed to have accepted this exception.

Cancellation

Before payment is completed

The order may be cancelled. No charge is made.

After payment is completed (before access is activated)

Cancellation may be requested in writing within 14 days under the right of withdrawal. Payment is refunded.

After access is activated

The digital content exception applies; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and no refund is made.

Refund Process

Refund requests for valid withdrawal cases must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Valid refund requests are processed within 14 business days of receiving the notification, via the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on bank processing times.
