Product / Service: Rubelis Beyond — An independent digital training programme for certified divers, entirely online, focused on theory, reading, reflection, personal development, and diving awareness.

The programme consists of 12 modules and includes text, audio, and visual content along with assessment sections. All content is accessible indefinitely as long as your account is active.

Important: This programme is not a dive school, scuba diving course, or practical in-water training. It does not replace any diving certification.

The current programme price is stated on the payment page. VAT is included in the price. Payment is processed securely through the PayTR infrastructure. Credit cards, debit cards, and other PayTR-supported payment methods are accepted.

Access to Rubelis Beyond is not activated automatically upon completion of payment. After payment, a personal access code is sent to the user's registered email address within 24 hours at the latest. The user verifies their email address, logs into their account, and enters the access code in the relevant field to activate dashboard access. The access code can only be used on the account it was assigned to and cannot be transferred to another user.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

However, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.

When payment is completed and programme access is activated, the consumer is deemed to have accepted this exception. Consumers wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal may send a written notification to [email protected] before access is activated.

In the event of a dispute, a written application may first be submitted to [email protected]. The consumer also has the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
