The contract price is the current programme price stated on the payment page. VAT is included in the price. Payment is made via credit card, debit card, or other supported methods through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure.
After payment is confirmed, a personal access code for the programme is sent automatically to the registered email address.
Article 4 — Delivery
Access to the purchased Rubelis Beyond digital training service is activated automatically after PayTR notifies the Rubelis system of a successful payment. A personal access code is sent automatically to the buyer's registered email address as soon as payment is confirmed. The buyer logs into their registered account and enters the access code in the relevant field to activate training access. The user must enter the access code sent to them into the relevant field in their account to activate access.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
However, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
When payment is completed and programme access is activated, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted this exception. The Buyer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal may send a written notification to [email protected] before access is activated.
