Rubelis Beyond
Distance Sales Agreement
Prepared in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and distance selling regulations.
Article 1 — Parties
Article 2 — Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the terms and conditions for the sale of the Rubelis Beyond digital training programme offered by the Seller through the rubelis.com website.
The programme is an independent digital content package consisting of 12 modules, entirely online, focused on theory, reading, reflection, personal development, and diving awareness. It does not replace any diving certification.
Article 3 — Price and Payment
The contract price is the current programme price stated on the payment page. Taxes are included where applicable. Payment is made via credit card, debit card, or other supported methods through a secure payment system.
Once your payment and email verification are complete, your program access is activated automatically.
Article 4 — Delivery
Access to the purchased Rubelis Beyond digital training service is activated automatically once payment and email verification are complete. Access is assigned solely to the registered user account and cannot be transferred to another user.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
However, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
When payment is completed and programme access is activated, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted this exception. The Buyer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal may send a written notification to [email protected] before access is activated.
Article 6 — Privacy and Personal Data
The Buyer's personal data is processed for the purposes of programme access, account management, and communication in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Data is not shared with third parties. For details, please review the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 — Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, a written application may first be submitted to [email protected].
This agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
Article 8 — Entry into Force
This agreement is deemed to have been mutually accepted and entered into force upon the Buyer's completion of payment by ticking the confirmation checkbox on the payment page.
