Ownership
Under the agreement dated 19 August 2026, reference RUBOU26011, the intellectual property rights in Rubelis Beyond's educational content, methodology, and brand assets were assigned from Taylan Kırali to Rubelis OÜ.
What Content Is Protected
Rubelis's original educational content is protected by copyright. This includes, among other things, course texts, training modules, original explanations, assessments, examination questions, original tables and diagrams, original graphics and illustrations created by Rubelis, case studies, training transcripts, and student and instructor materials.
Personal Use versus Republication
Access to a Rubelis programme grants you only a right to use the content for your own personal learning purposes. Copying, republishing, distributing, or using the content for commercial purposes is a separate matter and may not be done without the written permission of Rubelis OÜ.
Commercial Use
Prior written permission from Rubelis OÜ is required before using, adapting, or reselling Rubelis content for any commercial purpose.
Third-Party Rights
Rubelis OÜ makes no claim over third-party software used in the platform, licensed images, or third-party certification standards (such as PADI, SSI, or CMAS). The rules of the respective rights holders apply to those materials.
