These Terms of Use govern the legal relationship between Rubelis Beyond ("Platform") and the individual ("User") who registers for the Rubelis Beyond training programme or uses the platform.

By accessing the platform or completing a purchase, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Rubelis Beyond is a digital training platform offering content in the fields of dive education and underwater awareness. The platform includes features such as written content, personal note tools, and a certificate system.

Upon completion of a purchase, a personal access code is issued to the user. This code is single-use and can be linked to one account only.

Access to the platform requires a valid account and email verification. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Access to the Rubelis Beyond dashboard is activated automatically upon successful payment. Once the successful payment notification reaches the Rubelis system, a personal access code is sent automatically to the email address provided during registration. The user activates their access by entering the personal access code in the relevant field after signing in to their account. The access code is valid only for the account to which it is assigned, is personal, and may not be transferred to another user.

The access code may not be shared with, transferred to, or sold to another person. Violation of these conditions may result in suspension of access.

All payments are processed through the secure payment infrastructure of an authorised payment institution. Rubelis Beyond never sees, processes, or stores your card details.

A refund may be requested within 14 days of the access code being issued to the user, provided that no content has been accessed. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].

No refund will be made if content has been accessed or the access code has been used.

All content on the platform (including text, images, audio, video, design, and software) belongs to Rubelis Beyond and is protected by copyright law.

Users may use content for personal training purposes only; they may not copy, distribute, publish, or use it for commercial purposes.

Users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only, to refrain from behaviour that would negatively affect other users' experience, and not to attempt to compromise platform security.

Rubelis Beyond does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error. Rubelis Beyond cannot be held liable for access interruptions arising from technical failures, maintenance work, or force majeure.

Platform content is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional dive training. It is always recommended to act under the supervision of a qualified instructor during underwater activities.

Rubelis Beyond reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. The current terms are always published on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
