Participation Requirement

Participants must hold a valid diving certification obtained from an authorised training organisation prior to joining the programme. Rubelis Beyond is not a beginner-level diving course.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account creation, programme access, and communication, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Sales Policy

Payment
Payments are processed through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure. Credit cards, debit cards, and other supported methods are accepted.
Delivery
The programme is entirely digital; no physical delivery is made. Following payment confirmation, a personal access code is sent automatically to the registered email address.
Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of the contract date. However, once access has been activated, the digital content exception applies.
Refund
For valid withdrawal requests, payment is refunded within 14 business days of receiving the notification.
